A Parliament, a headquarters

Tomorrow, on Tuesday, the 19th of November a resolution will be debated – and on Wednesday, the 20th it will be voted – in the European Parliament in the one that steadies itself that ” The European Parliament would be more efficient, profitable and respectful with the environment if it was placed in the only place “. The debate is not new. In the Agreement of Amsterdam (1997), it is found that the European Parliament has two headquarters: One in Strasbourg, where they are celebrated ” 12 partial periods of plenary monthly meetings ” and other one in Brussels, where there meet the commissions of the European Parliament and there are celebrated the rest of the meetings .
